Appearance: Standing at 5'7" with a near perfect body, Alex conforms very much to the modern ideal of beauty. Her hair is naturally dark though she has been known to dye it lighter in the past when she felt like it. Her eyes are a greeny hazel but can appear blue under certain lighting, a trait she likes very much.
Personality: Due to the upbringing she recieved, Alex is incredibly outgoing and lives each day as if it were her last. She is fearless and needs to be on the move or she will become incredibly depressed.
Powers: Primarily a shapeshifter on will, Alex also creates powerful illusions while asleep that will affect anyone who comes within two feet of her. If the person is asleep when this happens, they will experience the illusion simply as a vivid dream but if they are awake, they will see the image as real.
History: Alex was born in the Hyatt Hotel in West Hollywood, in the company of many rockstars. Her mother, known on the strip as Indigo Lark, was a groupie and had fallen pregnant by the guitarist of a small band. Her family had always been rooted in music and Indigo was the only member of the family not to take up music herself despite having a beautiful voice.
For the months of her life, Alex accompanied her mother as she continued to tour with bands before Indigo decided to return to Hollywood and settle down. Only aged twenty-four, Indigo found it easy to find work on the strip and it was here she met Derren Braunt and fell pregnant by him, giving birth to her son Ewan only 14 months after Alex. The two siblings were close and Derren treated Alex as his own daughter as her real father, though he wished to get to know her, was never around.
When she was fourteen, Alex attended her first rock concert and instantly fell in love with the music scene that had captivated her mother. For the next two years, Alex attended every concert that came to town, her mother's connections ensuring a backstage pass every time. Finally, at age 16, her parents relented and Alex went on tour with her first bands, embracing the same life as her mother. She returned home periodically, watching her brother as he began to play in little bands, dreaming of becoming a rock star one day.
Alex adored her touring life, and though sometimes the other girls could be bitchy, they accepted the hierachy that made her important thanks to her mother.
